The CMYK values shown were (25, 100, 100, 26) which when translated to RGB comes out as on the right:

#CE8B8B

so I have substituted what seem to be the correct figures.

Could someone check my calculations? --Phil | Talk 16:04, Apr 7, 2005 (UTC)

Copyvio

[edit]

Nearly all of the page seems to have been copied from [1], so I have removed that text and added an entry to WP:CP. heycam 00:52, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Extraneous {{{2}}}

[edit]

What is the "{{{2}}}" at the bottom of this article? I do not see it in the editable text. --VMS Mosaic 06:45, 25 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Deep Carmine

[edit]

I clicked onto this page for Deep Carmine, but it's not on the page, it's just in the list of pinks (even though it's orange). This is misleading, and I want that color's code... If someone can, please fix this. It should be on the page, obviously. --174.19.234.173 (talk) 05:42, 31 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Possible removal from list

[edit]

Entries in List of colors: A–F contained links to this page.

The entries are :

  • Carmine pink
  • Carmine red
  • Deep carmine
  • Deep carmine pink
  • Light carmine pink

An entry in List of colors: G–M contained a link to this page.

The entry is :

  • Medium carmine

I don't see any evidence that these colors are discussed in this article and plan to delete them from the list per this discussion: Talk:List_of_colors#New_approach_to_review_of_entries

If someone decides that these colors should have a section in this article and it is added, I would appreciate a ping.--S Philbrick(Talk) 00:05, 25 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
