restatement of customary law

[edit]

"105 states have ratified the VCLT. However, even those that have not may still recognize it as binding upon them in as much as it is a restatement of customary law. The United States is among these."

Does anyone have a citation to support this claim? Raggz 06:59, 10 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

So what does the Convention actually say?

[edit]

There's a lot here about how the convention came into being, about who has signed up to it, and about the definition of "States". There's next to nothing about what the Convention actually says. Mhkay (talk) 16:56, 15 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
