Please don't change description of Sonia's site to any bombastic names like "official" .its not a Wite House and not even an organisation or company. Its just a site about one person - Sonia Evans, and it even don't have her discography !!!.....and what you got there?....."hi am sonia evans.....blablab".......very funny.........Vorash
Should this really be under Sonia Evans - since she was only ever known as "Sonia"?--Tuzapicabit (talk) 01:37, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I was going to ask the same thing. If she is "better known as just Sonia", why the title is Sonia Evans? Bisbis (talk) 21:28, 19 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I moved the article yesterday (as no one contested it). Bisbis (talk) 05:10, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
This article still needs additional reliable, 3rd-party sources. IMDB is not considered a true reliable source for information. "hem.passagen.se" seems to be a fansite, and the remainder are sources affiliated w/ the subject. --AbsolutDan(talk) 11:52, 17 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Not sure if this is 100% true but my work colleague has just informed me that Ms Evans the 80's starlett will soon be parading hit after hit at Croydons very own Tiger sometime in May 2009!! LOVE IT! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.172.213.165 (talk) 15:39, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I noticed for a while there have been edits changing her birth place going back and forth between Skelmersdale or Liverpool. I'm in no place to make the definitive choice for the page but seeing as the webpage referenced literally says Skelmersdale, could we stop changing it to Liverpool. RM Jessie (talk) 20:51, 9 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Sonia was definitely born in Liverpool. I represent Sonia and have copies of her passport etc on file. Please keep it at Liverpool. Thanks 2A00:23C4:4EB6:DD01:9CBA:2510:B9BE:89CD (talk) 09:59, 9 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Sonia was born in Liverpool, not Skelmserdale. I am her agent and have documents to prove it! I've edited this page several times but it keep changing back. Please update. Thanks. 2A00:23C4:4EB6:DD01:9CBA:2510:B9BE:89CD (talk) 09:57, 9 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Skelmersdale was first added on 19 November 2007 without a citation.[1] After that, Wikipedia poisoned the well by showing Skelmersdale at the top, which I'm nearly certain led to Sonia appearing in the 2018 article titled "The famous people you didn't know were from Skelmersdale", with the author simply copying from Wikipedia. See Woozle effect.
An Indonesian magazine wrote in 1990 that Sonia was born in Sefton General Hospital in Liverpool. Let's assume that Skelmersdale was vandalism. Binksternet (talk) 15:40, 9 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
