Hi everyone i need help i have to write a 3 page essay on how england was in the 15th century to the 17th century HELP ME!!!

You might find History of England useful. --Camembert

Well, the 15th Century = 1401-1500, 16th Century = 1501-1600, 17th Century = 1601-1700. So you are looking for information on England from 1401 to 1700.

You will note on the History of England page that this covers the last major revolt of Wales against England, the Tudor period, including the reigns of King Henry VIII of England and Queen Elizabeth I of England, the life and works of William Shakespeare, the English Civil War, the Glorious Revolution, schism between Catholicism and the Church of England, and the personal union of the crowns of Scotland and England. So reading these articles may give you a background.

The next problem is deciding what to write about: "How England Was" is sort of vague, but it's presumably something other than the history of England. If you want to write about daily life your best choice would be a quick trip to the library to pick up Where Queen Elizabeth Slept & What the Butler Saw: Historical Terms from the Sixteenth Century to the Present by David N. Durant. On a superficial level, I'd mention: no indoor plumbing, no sewerage, no useful medicine, livelihood determined by class, religion as a political entity, and valuable beds. Good luck! -- Someone else 18:44, 12 Sep 2003 (UTC)
