Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Cestlavie, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Me!

[edit]

Yes, me. If you hadn't noticed, there's a whole namespace (*gasp*) called the "User" namespace that's dedicated to user pages. That is its sole purpose for existing. Astonishing but true, I know. User pages are for users to use however they care to use them. User pages are therefore not vanity. Please stop bothering me =) [[User:Premeditated Chaos|PMC]] 02:25, 15 Dec 2004 (UTC)

DUDE

[edit]

I wasn't bothering you. Your article is stupid! Cestlavie 02:27, 15 Dec 2004 (UTC)

It isn't an article, is it? It's my userpage. If you would like to see some actual articles that I have written, you can look to Hybrid Theory EP, Swollen Members, or Harlequin type ichthyosis. However, if all you want to do is complain about how my userpage is prettier than yours, I can't help you. [[User:Premeditated Chaos|PMC]] 02:40, 15 Dec 2004 (UTC)

User:xxxx pages are not articles. Wikipedia:xxxx pages are not articles. Talk:xxxx pages are not articles. yyyy talk:xxxx pages are not articles. If you nominate everyone's bad idea of a user page, you'll get yourself banned, probably.

You marked The Subjection of Women for speedy deletion. It doesn't seem to fall under any of the criteria for speedy deletion; could you please explain? --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 19:49, 1 Jan 2005 (UTC)
